Zoning Applicants
If you have recently been issued a zoning or permit refusal from L&I, and need to set up a zoning meeting with ORCA, please email a copy of your refusal letter to zoning@olderichmondca.com to schedule an ORCA zoning meeting.

Please do not schedule an expedited ZBA hearing. If ORCA cannot schedule a community meeting within the shortened time period, we will file a continuance with the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Meeting Location
ORCA Zoning Meetings are typically held at the Cione Rec Center, located at the intersection of East Lehigh Avenue and Aramingo Avenue. Community Zoning Meetings involving other organizations may be held at a different location. Click on the zoning event (below) for details concerning each zoning meeting.
